The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right near the beach in the centre of beautiful Kings Beach. The stunning views of the beach were the highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The basic amenities met our needs and the rooms, although lacking air conditioning, were comfortable with the fans provided. We also enjoyed the breakfast options available.

This weekend getaway had its ups and downs. The best aspects of the experience were the spectacular views and the clean, well-maintained pool. The location was also central and close to the beach, making it easy to explore the area. the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, offering a second parking spot and ensuring our stay was comfortable.

There were a few things that we did not enjoy. For starters, we were surprised to find out that the apartment didn't have a lift, and being on the top floor meant climbing many stairs.

The apartment at Capeview was comfortable and had awesome views. I loved being able to see the ships passing by in the channel. The location was superb, right across from the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the pool was lovely.

One drawback was that there were stairs to climb to the top floor, but we quickly learned to make every trip count. The double bed was also uncomfortable, but luckily there was a second single bed in the children's room.

This hotel offers great value for money, with well-stocked kitchen supplies and clean, modern bathrooms. The location near the beach is stunning, providing amazing views straight out to the water and up to the headland. The staff are ultra friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

No lift, but the amazing view from the fourth floor is worth it.

We loved the location of this accommodation as it's close to the beach and numerous restaurants. The lovely staff went out of their way to be helpful. They made great restaurant recommendations and even helped us book a surf lesson. The apartment we stayed in had a private back yard/courtyard and was extremely comfortable.

Some maintenance issues were present, including broken blinds and poorly functioning DVD players.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of beautiful Kings Beach. The location was amazing, right near the beach, park, and waterpark area for young kids. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and I couldn't get enough of it. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Even though there was no air conditioning, the fans provided were sufficient to keep me comfortable during my stay. The prices were reasonable, giving great value for money.

Everything was just perfect.

Great view from the room, lovely staff and perfect location just steps from the beach. The pool was also a nice touch and provided a refreshing escape from the hot sun. The many dining options nearby made finding a place to eat a breeze.

The cabinetry was outdated and looked worn out, the blinds were not good enough and did not keep the light out in the mornings, and the balconies were too small to be able to eat outside. Though the pillows provided were super soft, they were not to my liking.
